What these terms cover

These terms apply to https://kellosolutions.com and to buying a project through it. Custom development work is covered by a separate written agreement, not by this page.

Buying a project

Each project listed for sale is sold once, to one buyer. When it sells it comes off the market — you are buying it outright, not licensing a copy alongside other people.

The price shown is in euros and is what you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe.

On payment you receive the complete source archive, immediately and by email. Where the listing includes a published app, we start the App Store transfer once you send us the Apple details we ask for.

Offers

You can offer less than the listed price. An offer is not a contract and we are not obliged to accept it or to explain a decision.

If we accept, we reserve the project for you and email a link that buys it at the agreed price. The reservation lasts 72 hours. If you do not complete the purchase in that time it lapses and the project goes back on sale at its listed price.

The link in that email buys the project at a discount. Treat it as confidential — anyone who has it can use it.

Discount codes cannot be applied to a purchase made through an accepted offer.

Refunds

Because a purchase delivers the complete source code immediately and takes the project off the market, sales are final once the archive has been downloaded.

If something is wrong — the archive is incomplete, or the project is materially not what the listing described — email us and we will put it right or refund you.

What you get, and what you do not

You get the source code and the right to use, modify and sell software built from it.

Third-party components inside a project keep their own licences, and those licences bind you as they bound us.

We do not warrant that a project is free of defects or fit for a particular purpose. You are buying a working codebase, not a guarantee about your business.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, because it cannot.

Otherwise our liability in connection with a purchase is limited to what you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by Latvian law, and the courts of Latvia have jurisdiction.
